2. Product Information
Printful Integrated Products
These products are fulfilled by Printful on behalf of Baju Collections. Shipping, returns, and exchanges for these products follow Printful’s policies. For more details, refer to:
Exclusive Selection Products
- These items are independently managed by Baju Collections.
- Customers may request returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to product condition.
Digital Downloads
- Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
- Due to their nature, these items are non-refundable.
3. Payments
Meezan Bank Direct Transfer
Details provided at checkout; order processing begins upon payment confirmation.
JazzCash
Convenient for customers preferring mobile payments.
Additional payment options are under development to enhance your shopping experience.
4. Shipping
Printful Integrated Products
- Fulfillment and shipping are managed by Printful. Shipping costs and timelines vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Shipping costs may vary based on the product weight and dimensions. In some cases, shipping costs can exceed the product price. Please review shipping costs carefully before purchasing.

Exclusive Selection Products
- Orders are delivered via local courier services.
- Average delivery time: 3-5 business days after order processing.
- Shipping costs will be communicated during checkout.
- For international customers, we deliver products by courier if they manage to make payment in PKR via direct bank transfer or JazzCash. Delivery cost and time will be communicated accordingly
5. Returns & Exchanges
Printful Integrated Products
- All returns and exchanges are governed by Printful’s policies. Visit the Printful Return Policy for guidance.
- Baju Collections assists in facilitating the process but is not responsible for Printful’s decisions.
Exclusive Selection Products
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, with tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Pricing & Taxes
Local Customers (PKR)
All prices for domestic customers are listed in PKR. Any applicable taxes and duties will be the customer’s responsibility. Prices may change without prior notice.
International Customers (USD)
For international orders, all prices are listed in USD. Taxes, customs duties, and other related fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All content on Baju Collections, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Baju Collections or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission from Baju Collections.

In no event will Baju Collections’s liability exceed the total amount you have paid for a specific product or service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
