At Baju Collections, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that issues may arise. Below, you’ll find our detailed refund and return policy for both Printful-Integrated Products and Pakistan Collection Products. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Types Of Products At Baju Collections

Baju Collections offers two types of physical products:

1. Printful-Integrated Products

  • Fulfilled and shipped by Printful (our third-party printing and shipping partner).
  • Includes apparel, accessories, and home & lifestyle products.
  • Ships to the US, UK, and Canada.
  • Returns and refunds follow Printful’s policies. (See Printful Refund Policy)

2. Pakistan Collection Products

  • Purchased and resold by Baju Collections.
  • Includes lawn suits and other locally sourced items.
  • Managed directly by Baju Collections, with separate return and refund policies.

Return And Exchange Policy

For Printful-Integrated Products

Refund And Return Allowed For

  • Defective or damaged products – Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong size, color, or design, report it within 14 days.

Returns NOT Allowed For

  • Buyer’s remorse – We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
  • Incorrect size selection – Please check the size chart before ordering.
  • Shipping delays – Delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds.

How To Request A Return For Printful Products

Email support@bajucollections.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

Return Method

  • Returns are handled by mail only.
  • Customers will receive a return label if applicable.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-14 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies to Printful products.

Exchanges

Not accepted – Only defective or incorrect items are replaced.

For Pakistan Collection Products

Refund And Return Allowed For

  • Defective or damaged products – Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong product, report it within 7 days.

Returns NOT Allowed For

  • Buyer’s remorse – No returns for change of mind.
  • Custom or personalized items – Non-returnable unless defective.
  • Sale items – Final sale, no returns.

How To Request A Return For Pakistan Collection Products

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Digital downloads, personalized items, or custom designs are non-returnable.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Please contact our support team before sending your parcel to receive the return address and confirmation.

Return Shipping Cost

  • A fixed return shipping cost of Rs. 350 applies to all returns.
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund, unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case, return shipping is free.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to your original payment method.
  • Bank or payment-gateway processing times may vary slightly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

For Digital Downloads

Non-refundable

Once accessed or downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded.

Technical Issues

If you experience download issues, contact support@bajucollections.com within 24 hours.

Important Notes

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Returns must be requested within the return window (15 days for Printful, 7 days for Pakistan Collection).
For Pakistan deliveries, advance payment is required via Meezan Bank or JazzCash.
Customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
