B. Instant Digital Downloads & Printables
• Includes: eBooks, planners, templates, kids’ books, and printable products
• Delivered instantly via email or download link
C. Affiliate Products (Third-Party)
• Products promoted via trusted partners like AliExpress and Digistore24
• Purchased on external websites through affiliate links
• Fulfilled and managed entirely by third-party platforms
2. Return & Refund Policy
A. Clothing & Home Decor Products
✅ Eligible for Return / Refund
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect product delivered
• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
❌ Not Eligible
• Change of mind or dislike after purchase
• Used, washed, or worn items
• Items without original packaging
• Discounted or clearance products
• Customized or altered items
📩 How To Request A Return

• Order number
• Clear product photos
• Description of the issue
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customer bears return cost
• FREE return only if mistake is from Baju Collections
💰 Refund Timeline
• Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Refunded to original payment method (Meezan Bank / JazzCash)
🔁 Exchanges
• Only for defective or incorrect items
• Otherwise, place a new order
3. Digital Downloads Policy
• All digital products are non-refundable after access or download
• No cancellations once files are delivered
⚠ Exception:
If you face technical issues (e.g., broken or missing file):
• Contact within 24 hours
• We will resend or fix the issue (you can also check our FAQ Page for quick help)
4. Affiliate Products (AliExpress & Digistore24)
• Baju Collections does not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for affiliate products
• All transactions are completed on third-party websites
👉 For these purchases:
• Return & refund policies are managed by the respective platform
• You must contact the seller or platform directly
✔ We may earn a small commission
✔ No extra cost to you
👉 Please review their policies before purchasing
5. Important Notes
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
• Requests outside the allowed timeframes will not be accepted
• Delivery delays caused by couriers are not eligible for refunds (see our Shipping & Payment Policy)
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties
