2. Product Information

Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products are fulfilled by Printful on behalf of Baju Collections. These products are made to order, and their shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by Printful’s policies. Digital Downloads are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-refundable.

3. Payments

We offer several secure payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient:

Payoneer Checkout: Allows secure and fast payments online. Your payment details are processed by Payoneer, and Baju Collections does not store any of your payment information.
Meezan Bank Transfer: For customers who prefer a direct bank transfer, you can select this option during checkout. Once selected, you will receive our bank details, and the order will be processed once payment is confirmed. Please note that order processing may take longer if you use a bank transfer.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

For Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle items, all orders are processed by Printful. Once your payment is confirmed, Printful will start fulfilling your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Processing Time: The average processing time for most products is 2–7 business days, but this may vary based on the specific item and demand.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products: If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow Printful’s Return Policy. All returns and exchanges are handled by Printful, and they will determine eligibility for returns based on their guidelines. Digital Downloads: All digital products are non-refundable due to their nature. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

All prices listed on the Baju Collections website are in local currency unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Depending on your location, taxes and customs duties may apply to your order, and you are responsible for any such fees.
