Types Of Products At Baju Collections
Baju Collections offers two types of physical products:
1. Printful-Integrated Products
Fulfilled and shipped by Printful (our third-party printing and shipping partner).
Includes apparel, accessories, and home & lifestyle products.
Ships to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
Returns and refunds follow Printful’s policies. (See Printful Refund Policy)
2. Pakistan Collection Products
Purchased and resold by Baju Collections in Pakistan.
Includes lawn suits and other locally sourced items.
Managed directly by Baju Collections, with separate return and refund policies.

For Printful-Integrated Products
Returns & Refunds Allowed For
Defective or damaged products – Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong size, color, or design, report it within 14 days.
Returns NOT Allowed For
Buyer’s remorse – We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
Incorrect size selection – Please check the size chart before ordering.
Shipping delays – Delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds.
How To Request A Return For Printful Products
Email support@bajucollections.com within 14 days of delivery. Provide:
Order number
Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item
Brief description of the issue
Return Method
Returns are handled by mail only.
Customers will receive a return label if applicable.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-14 business days to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to Printful products.
Exchanges
Not accepted – Only defective or incorrect items are replaced.
For Pakistan Collection Products
Returns & Refunds Allowed For
Defective or damaged products – Report within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong product, report it within 7 days.
Returns NOT Allowed For
Buyer’s remorse – No returns for change of mind.
Custom or personalized items – Non-returnable unless defective.
Sale items – Final sale, no returns.
How To Request A Return For Pakistan Collection Products
Email support@bajucollections.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide:
Order number
Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item
Brief description of the issue
Return Method
Customers must ship the item back at their own expense.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges
Not accepted – Only defective or incorrect items are replaced.
Digital Downloads Policy
Non-refundable
Once accessed or downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded.
Technical Issues
If you experience download issues, contact support@bajucollections.com within 24 hours.
Important Notes
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Returns must be requested within the return window (15 days for Printful, 7 days for Pakistan Collection). For Pakistan deliveries, advance payment is required via Meezan Bank or JazzCash. Customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. For any issues, email us at support@bajucollections.com.
