Physical Products – Apparel & Accessories And Home & Lifestyle

All physical products in the Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle categories are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party partner, Printful. This includes items such as clothing, wall art, drinkware, blankets, and more. The return, exchange, and refund policies for these items are governed by Printful’s Return Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to help resolve the issue.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@bajucollections.com. Include your order number, photos of the defective or damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will work with Printful to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), contact us within 30 days at support@bajucollections.com. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
  • Size Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, as each item is printed on demand based on the size selected during the ordering process. Please ensure you review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy For Physical Products

Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for items due to sizing issues or change of mind.

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund for defective or incorrect products, contact us at support@bajucollections.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printful to assess the issue and process your refund if eligible.

Digital Products – Digital Downloads

All digital products sold under the Digital Downloads category (e.g., eBooks, digital planners, stock photos, and social media templates) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds For Digital Products

Refunds for digital products are only granted in the case of technical issues, such as:

  • Download Errors: If you are unable to download your purchased product, please contact us at support@bajucollections.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Corrupted or Inaccessible Files: If the digital product you purchased is corrupted or inaccessible, we will work to provide a new, functional file. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for our Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Baju Collections and are the responsibility of the customer.

How To Initiate A Return Or Request A Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide further instructions for returning the product or processing your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
