1. What products do you offer at Baju Collections?

We offer a wide variety of high-quality products across three main categories:

  • Apparel & Accessories: Men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, sweatpants, bags, and footwear.
  • Home & Lifestyle: Wall art, drinkware, pet products, blankets, pillows, aprons, yoga mats, notebooks, stickers, ornaments, candles, and calendars.
  • Digital Downloads: eBooks, digital planners, stock photos, and social media templates.

2. How are your physical products fulfilled and shipped?

Our Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products are fulfilled by Printful, a trusted third-party provider that handles the production, shipping, and delivery of your order. Once your order is processed, Printful will ship the items directly to you.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure payment options:

  • Payoneer Checkout: A fast and secure global payment solution.
  • Meezan Bank Transfer: For direct bank transfers, you’ll receive our account details during checkout, and your order will be processed once the payment is verified.

Please note that processing time may be longer if you choose Meezan Bank Transfer due to bank payment verification.

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

For physical products:

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled by Printful.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders and longer for international orders.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order’s progress.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

For Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products, we follow Printful’s Return Policy. If there’s an issue with the quality of the product or if you received the wrong item, you can request a return or exchange by contacting support@bajucollections.com.

Please note that Digital Downloads (ebooks, digital planners, stock photos, etc.) are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order is placed, it goes into processing almost immediately, so cancellations or modifications are not always possible. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at support@bajucollections.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Please be aware that orders already in production cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Printful handles all international orders for our Apparel & Accessories and Home & Lifestyle products. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.

9. Are there any customs fees for international orders?

Depending on your location, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied to your order. These fees are not covered by Baju Collections and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees before placing your order.

10. How do I download my digital products?

Once your purchase of Digital Downloads (such as ebooks, digital planners, or stock photos) is complete, you will receive a download link via email. You can download your product immediately after purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@bajucollections.com.

11. Are digital products refundable?

No, all sales of Digital Downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience any issues with your download, please reach out to us at support@bajucollections.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

12. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bajucollections.com. We will work with Printful to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
