1. What products do you offer at Baju Collections?

Baju Collections offers two types of high-quality physical products: and digital downloads.

Printful Integrated Products

  • Apparel & Accessories: Men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing such as t-shirts, hoodies, & sweatshirts, jackets, hats, and bags.
  • Home & Lifestyle: Items like wall art, drinkware, pet products, blankets, pillows, aprons, yoga mats, notebooks, and stickers.

Exclusive Selection Products

  • Products sourced directly by Baju Collections, including ladies’ unstitched suits.
  • Delivery Within Pakistan: Available through local courier services.
  • International Orders: Customers outside Pakistan can purchase these products if they manage to pay in PKR via Meezan Bank or JazzCash. After payment confirmation, we will arrange delivery through an international courier service.

Digital Downloads

Additionally, we offer Digital Downloads such as eBooks, kids books, digital planners, cards & invitations, and social media templates.

2. How are your physical products fulfilled and shipped?

Printful Integrated Products

These are fulfilled by Printful, a trusted third-party provider. They handle production, shipping, and delivery. Once your order is processed, Printful ships the items directly to you.

Exclusive Selection Products

These are shipped directly by Baju Collections and are available for delivery within Pakistan and internationally (for customers who pay in PKR).

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Meezan Bank Direct Transfer: Account details are provided during checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • JazzCash: Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are processed once the payment is verified.

We are working on providing additional payment options for your convenience.

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

For Printful Integrated Products

  • Processing Time: Typically 2-7 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 7-20 business days to Pakistan, depending on product availability, shipping method, and customs clearance.

For Exclusive Selection Products (within Pakistan)

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing.

5. Are there any shipping costs?

Yes, shipping costs vary based on the product type, weight, and destination. Please note that some products may have higher shipping costs than the product’s price. Consider this before making a purchase.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes. For Printful products, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. For Exclusive Selection products, we provide tracking details upon shipment. If you face issues, contact us at support@bajucollections.com.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

Printful Integrated Products

  • Follow Printful’s Return Policy. If there’s an issue with the quality or a wrong item is received, contact us, and we’ll facilitate the process.
  • Baju Collections is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control; Printful’s guidelines govern such cases.

Exclusive Selection Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Note: Digital products (eBooks, planners, etc.) are non-refundable due to their nature.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed quickly, and changes may not always be possible. Contact us immediately at support@bajucollections.com if you need assistance. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally for Printful Integrated Products. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Currently, we handle international shipping to the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Australia.

10. Are there any customs fees for international orders?

Depending on your location, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied to your order. These fees are not covered by Baju Collections and are the customer’s responsibility.

11. How do I download my digital products?

After purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive a download link via email. If you experience issues, contact us at support@bajucollections.com for assistance.

12. Are digital products refundable?

No, all sales of Digital Downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience any issues with your download, please reach out to us at support@bajucollections.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For Printful Integrated Products, shipping is handled by Printful. Customers can choose from the following options:
